See Nelson's <a href="http://www.al.com/birminghamnews/stories/index.ssf?/base/entertainment/1202634952207900.xml&coll=2">glowing review </a>in the &quot;News&quot;.  </p><p>We also have an opening on the 8th. A group show with <strong>Mel Machen's</strong> highly crafted still lifes. <strong>Rhonda Brooks'</strong> ethereal small painting. <strong>Nick Gruenberg's</strong> always wonderful photographs and another new photographer to us; <strong>Doug Stocks</strong>. All quite nice and safe. You won't need a net to try seeing this show.  </p><p>Also <strong>The Changing Times Trio </strong>will perform at the Unitarian Universalist Church March 16th. She has been involved with photography since the age of eleven.&nbsp; She achieved two Master of Science degrees and used the knowledge gained to further her pursuit to protect the rights of the underserved and underrepresented.<br /></p><p>In July 2002 Ms. McIntyre had a solo exhibit at The Birmingham Civil Rights Institute titled &ldquo;Police Brutality in the United States.&rdquo;&nbsp; Her monumental sculpture, <em>RED TIDE</em>, is owned by UAB and is located near the Alys Stephens Center at 10<sup>th</sup> Street South and 10<sup>th</sup> Avenue South. She has shown her work in galleries and festivals for over twenty years, receiving awards for both clay and mixed media sculpture. Ms. Rice draws inspiration from objects found in nature and the human form. Much of her work is minimalist. Recent clay sculptures are hand-built, highly burnished and bisque fired.
